SHIPPING POLICY

At Coastal Glow Co., we take great care in ensuring your products arrive safely, and in perfect condition.

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Days:

We only ship orders Monday through Wednesday during the hot summer months (May-September). This helps avoid packages sitting in hot trucks or warehouses over the weekend. We also take extra precautions by packing cold packs in your package, if necessary. Our goal is to make sure your package arrives in perfect condition, no matter the weather.

Shipping Rates and Delivery:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location.

Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
